    • Legal lead in PPP Transaction Advisor tender issued by the provincial government of the Northern Province on the potential privatization of the GIS information systems (in conjunction with Andersen Consulting),
    • Legal lead in advising Central Energy Fund in a disinvestment strategy from their investment in Enerkom (Pty) Ltd (in conjunction with Ernst & Young),
    • Participated in intellectual property due diligence at Telkom SA Ltd, as part of the Telkom pre-listing exercise ,
    • Lead in the intellectual property due diligence at Denel (Pty) Ltd – involving trade marks, designs and patents,
    • Participated in world-wide trade mark valuation of the trade mark portfolio of South African Airways (Pty) Ltd,
    • Participated in Hewlett-Packard SA de-merger of its medical and test and measurement divisions,
    • Participated in world-wide Compaq / Hewlett-Packard merger,
    • Presently engaged in the valuation of the trade mark portfolio of the Vektor division of Denel (Pty) Ltd,
    • Led contract drafting of World Bank sponsored transaction for a financial management solution to the Government of Zambia, on behalf of Hewlett-Packard International Trade B.V.,
    • Led contract drafting and negotiation of World Bank tenders on behalf of Hewlett-Packard South Africa, – took part in contract negotiations in Kampala, Uganda,
    • Led contract drafting and negotiations in IT outsourcing transaction with Mauritius Government in Port Louis, Mauritius, on instructions of Hewlett-Packard International Trade B.V.
